Alameda Municipal Power Goes Live on the silverblaze Mobile App

Ottawa, ON – silverblaze Solutions announces the successful implementation of our mobile app with valued and longstanding customer, Alameda Municipal Power (AMP). AMP expands their customer experience offerings with the silverblaze mobile app for its utility customers, in addition to their online portal, both developed by silverblaze and available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. AMP is part of the list of silverblaze partners who are embracing self-service technologies to empower, advise, and engage their customers, all from their smart devices.

The silverblaze mobile app provides a deeper user experience, where customers can access essential features and functionality anywhere. With secure access to expanded payment options, online billing, SmartMeter data, and instant push notifications in the silverblaze app, AMP will provide customers with streamlined touchpoints to their utility accounts.
